Born out of a South Louisiana upbringing and a life-long sweet tooth, our Big Easy bakers have a very personal understanding of what goes into truly indulgent desserts. Our mission is simple: make people smile by sharing our favorite treats! How do we do it? By using high quality ingredients (never skimping) with generous portions of affection and love in our recipes. We don’t believe enjoying yourself should be complicated, so we create confections that are easy to love in a big way.
